The grooming time depends on the dogā€™s size, coat condition, and the services required. On average, the procedure takes from 1 to 2 hours. Before grooming, we always discuss the estimated time.

To ensure everyoneā€™s safety, we do not accept aggressive pets.

For some dogs, the ownerā€™s presence can cause additional stress. We recommend leaving your pet in the hands of our professionals during the grooming session, and if needed, we will call you.

With prior notice and agreement with the groomer, you can be late for up to 10 minutes.
